Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 5–9 business days depending on your location — 6–12 business days end to end. Tracking is emailed the moment your order leaves the facility.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original condition, with no restocking fee. Email us your order number and we will walk you through it. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — then it is on us.
